I enjoyed this book- it has nice illustrations and a good concept (that taking away just one letter changes the word completely). My son didn't really get it, but he's still quite young- would be good for children with a good vocabulary and grasp of reading.

My five year old loves this book - it is one of the first books where he has memorized the text for each letter and is very interactive in the reading process. Very amusing and develops some word skills.

I got this book for my daughter who is in Kindergarten and just learning to read on her own. This book is absolutely fantastic!!! It's more than just an alphabet book, it is a must have learning tool. It takes the concept of letter sounds in the English language and shows how deceptive they can be in creating a completely different word by taking away a letter sound. A definite must have for young readers! You'll be surprised by this one!
