This Jan & Dean import cd is one is one of the best imports I've ever listened to. The sound quality is great. The liner notes are in Japenese, but thats ok. I know alot about Jan & Dean anyway. This cd is definately worth it. A must for any surf music fan.

Well, the the reviewer above me was right. The CD is from Japan so you expect quality and not sub-standard, sophomoric music from Jan and Dean. Many of these songs are "LIVE" versions and they stink as do most "Live" albums. And then, there is some orchestra that plays Jan and Dean music and there is no singing by Jan and Dean. I had to return this junk and I'm just happy I could get my money back.

A lot of "Live" music and also symphony music! :(, April 9, 2010

So, this CD was a real disappointment. Many of the tracks are "Live" versions and several tracks are nothing more than music performed by a symphony. Cool cover but that's it folks. Amazon has a lot of other collections that have all the original music by Jan and Dean and are far less expensive.
