This is an excellent book for the following reasons:- Concise: ideas are written in paragraphs that are short but complete.- Practical: the author gives examples and also samples of letters that are very useful.- Detailed: the author gives addresses and phones numbers of marketing companies to contact.- Convincing: the author gives certain real stories, some from others, some from his own, to illustrate the points.
