Amazing reference book. Dr. Linda writes in layman terms and provides great information for all types of health issues. It is great to have a resource for alternative care as western medicine is a bit off track these days. Now if only we can come together and insist on alternative care being covered by our insurance companies. This is a must have book.

I've recently read "Take Control, A Guide to Holistic Living" and I was pleasantly surprised at all the topics it covered. While there is much technical information, it is easy to read. It contains a wealth of information and I feel sure that I'll be referring back to it again and again. It is definitely a must have book for every home.
