I saw Alyson perform in Los Angeles a few days ago and she was UNBELIEVABLE! She is the real deal, a beautiful, powerful voice and she dances better than any singer out there. You can tell when she sings that she really means it, really has emotion behind it -- probably since she wrote all the songs herself. I picked up her CD at the show & haven't stopped listening to it!! Alyson is gonna be the next HUGE star, I know it, & I can say I saw her at the beginning of it all!!!

Great dance CD. Weird thing is, instead of sequencing this disc with all the album tracks first and the "bonus tracks and remixes" last, this disc is a big mix up where repeat songs come back in new mixes, and it's an odd selection of extended versions and edits. The extended rosario mix of Feel You is also on the CD single, so nothing new here if you have that. The big deal with this disc is the long hex hector vocal mix of Nothin More to Say, which was not included on the cd single. You get a couple more edits of remixes of the singles, as well as the long rosario dub of What're you gonna do, plus a short remix of Take a Good Look. The next remix single, perhaps??? Definitely pick this one up and add it to your dance collection. Track times:

I heard Alyson's song "Baby Come Back" at a club in NY & LOVED it, great beat & lyrics, very original dance/R&B sound. I couldn't believe that she wrote the song herself and also all the other songs on her album. This girl can write & SING, which most "artists" in her style of music just can't do. There's so much variety on her CD that I listen to it all the time, it's got so many different flavors from dance to R&B, soul, pop, reggae, you name it. I love the way her voice sounds so emotionally-charged on each track, from sexy soulful ballads to powerful dance tracks, her voice moves you with emotion & energy. Every track on the CD is amazing, esp. Take A Good Look, RU Sorry, Forever, Baby Come Back, What're You Gonna Do & Hard To Get. Her website says she's coming out with a club remix album soon, I can't wait!!!

I trotted over to Alyson's webpage and picked up this CD after hearing it at a club in San Francisco. I had saddled up to the bar, planning on taking it easy, and ended up dancing all night. The dance tracks are amazing, and you can't help but be spurred on by the smooth, stable sound of her R&B vocals. This album has become one of my mane listening CDs. In my favorite tack, "R U Sorry," Alyson demonstrates her dynamic range as a singer/songwriter. I can't wait for her next release - if it is even a bit as good as this I'll be sure to grab it!

This is one of my favorite albums, my favotite are Feel You and Take A Good Look. I saw Alyson perform Take A Good Look live on TV and it was one of the best live performances I've seen of a singer, she has a beautiful voice and i love that song!

My friend said I'd dig this album and he was right! Great songs and variety of music from dance to rnb and steemy ballads, every song is different which i love. Never skip a track in my car they're all great! And i love Alyson's voice on every song which is different when she sings high and way low, alot of range to her voice. I hope Alyson comes out with another album soon cause i'll definitely get it too!

This CD is so different, most music out there sounds the same to me but Alyson's style is totally unique. I can't describe what kind of category I'd put her in....it's R&B but with a dance club twist to it, and plus some really beautiful soulful slow songs. All of the tracks are so good that you just want to listen to the CD over and over! Her lyrics seem to come straight from her heart and you can just feel the emotion in her voice when she sings. I also love the range of her voice which makes the songs so diverse...some songs are a deep, soulful sound and then others hit these emotional notes way up high. Her voice is like a combination of Toni Braxton, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce and Whitney Houston, only better!!!

"Take A Good Look" is the best CD out there right now, it's all I listen to! I love how Alyson mixes R&B and Dance music together, expecially "Like That" and "Hard To Get", you can't stand still when you listen to those tracks! And her ballads are so full of emotion and soul, especially "RU Sorry" and "Nothin' More To Say", that they really get to you, you really feel them. Her lyrics sound very personal, and you can just relate to what she's singing about, and hear the passion in her voice.

I can't say enough about how much I LOVE this CD! I've never heard a CD before where EVERY song is awesome! I really liked the dance songs "Baby Come Back" and "Feel You", Alyson's dance tracks rival all the best dance club mixes out there and she belongs in the mix with Beyonce and Madonna. And the soulful slow songs are the perfect music to put on when you're getting in the mood with that special someone.

This CD was like therapy for me, I keep playing the song "Nothin More To Say" over and over because it's exactly how I feel about my ex (hope he reads that!). I've been going through hard times lately with guys, and this CD just gave me the strength to deal with some things going on in my life and has kept me going and believing that things are going to be ok. I paid a few bucks for this CD, and it saved me thousands in therapy costs! The song "Take A Good Look" was EXACTLY what I needed to hear right now!!! I also loved the song "Without You" because it reminded me of my best friend, and how she's always there for me (love you girl!).
