Joanne Rodasta's book "Take A Moment and Create your Life" has transformed my life. Within two months I was able to release 22 pounds; within three months, I took a very much needed, long overdue vacation; within four months I decided to change my very hectic and stressful lifestyle-put my home on the market; and within six months healed my relationship with my Mom and helped her with new living arrangements. My business is expanding exponentially, and I am creating happiness and an abundance of energy every week.

I can not say enough about this book. I have read almost all of the famous books out there about the mind-body connection and how your body reacts/responds/creates your life from a combination of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, including but not limited to "Ask and it is Given," by Esther and Jerry Hicks & "Excuse me, your life is waiting," by Lynn Grabhorn and several others. This book fills in all the holes that the other books left me with! If you are interested in discovering EXACTLY HOW & WHY your beliefs & thoughts & manifestations in your life all go together, look no further. The book is concise and to the point. The author does not ramble on with personal stories either. It is clear cut and to the point. You will learn how to dig deep within yourself to discover past criticisms and old beliefs that are holding you down, change them and recreate your life in wonderful ways and manifest/create an awesome future! I think this is the best book I have ever read in my life! I can not recommend this book enough. I already bought one for a friend, and would like to buy one for everyone I know! If you are interested in mind/body connections, please buy this book. It will change your life!

I have read many books in the last 20 years; most of them dealing with spirituality and metaphysics, while others related to science and the world around us. Realizing that all life is energy, I felt there had to be a tangible connection between the physical world we move around in, and the inner world of intent. I knew that I was already creating my experiences, but I lacked the understanding which would allow me to create them consciously. Take a Moment and Create Your Life provides you that understanding. This book is a must have for anyone interested in enriching there life through the process of mind science / reality creating. The easy to understand text first covers the theory's in quantum mechanics that are building blocks of our reality. The rest of the text vividly depicts techniques for utilizing these ideas to create your own reality. Excelent.

I have been a fan of Dr. Gerald Jampolsky's work for years. His Love is Letting Go of Fear is a simple blueprint for sanity in a world that sometimes seems hellbent on other destinations. I recently discovered Take a Moment and Create Your Life! by Joanne C. Rodasta, which takes these concepts to a new level. She created a method to release the negative thoughts that hold us back by looking at how a past experience is coloring a current impasse. If, as Carolyn Myss posits, biography is biology, feeding our cells positive mental experiences can be as healing as having the actual positive experience itself. The method that Joanne developed is called "processing". Anyone can learn it with a very little practice. Most of us try it out on the molehills in our lives, only to discover that it levels the mountains just as easily. For a world that hasn't the time or luxury of a lifetime of psychoanalysis, this is a hands on tool for personal insight and change. One of the pitfalls of life in the American scene is that we fail to put the time, energy and commitment into creating our lives that we would invest in planning a family barbeque. If we, as parents, are clueless in our own lives, how can we empower our children with a blueprint to ensure that their life is their greatest contribution to the world and their own happiness? New Age drivel. In addition to being patently false, her theory conveniently allows her to avoid any compassion for anyone experiencing tragedy of any sort, she will simply say they WISHED tragedy into existence.

There are many books which stimulate thought of making both spiritual and physical changes to your life. Take A Moment to Create Your Life was the first one that I have found that really led me through the steps of creating wonderful changes to my life, both at home & in the business world.
