Anyone else willing to admit remembering A-HA's video for "Take on Me"? A girl reading a comic book ... suddenly she's being pulled into it by the oh-so-cute lead singer, (oh come on, you thought he was cute, admit it!) and their comic book versions of themselves run around being chased by some bad guys. Cute singer boy helps the girl escape but has to stay behind, (sigh!) and fight the bad guys and it looks bad for our hero until, wait ... suddenly he's in front of her, sort of, he's black and white and banging around ... OH, he's escaping the comic .... but can he do it? It looks so tiring fighting nothing ... and now he falls to the ground. Is our hero ok? She timidly reaches for him ... and he looks up at her! He's sweaty and exhausted, (and so adorable!) but he did it, he's there, for her. Now they can be together, forever. Ahhhh.Now what was the song about? |
