This review is from: Take It: Sessions 63-68 (Audio CD)
Take It: Sessions '63-'68 is a wonderful album for anyone who is a fan of Ritchie Blackmore or his powerful bands Deep Purple, Rainbow & Blackmore's Night. It is wonderful to here where he started as a session player. Some people might find it silly, well it is, in a great way my favorite song is Satan's Holiday which is reminencent of Hall Of The Mountain King. If you love to hear where great musicians started then this cd is for you. Ritchie was a great session player and now one of the greatest guitarist of all time. Other great session guitarists are/were Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Jimi Hendrix, Pete Townshend, Eric Clapton, & Keith Moon, They all have a legacy so give this one a listen.
