4.0 out of 5 stars Another great album from Serv-On!
This is an overall great album from Serv. The best songs are Gotta Get Dat, Tak-A-Sip. I Want Lose, Fakeboyz,Fakegirlz and Xtra-Hot. I recommend getting this album if you like South or Hardcore Rap.

3.0 out of 5 stars 3.5 stars for Serv's 4th album
Mr. Serv-On is back after just a year since his last album, and this is probably my 2nd least favorite of his first 5 albums. As with all his albums you get a nice amount of songs, 20 (Serv is only on 16 of the 20), but of the 20 songs I'd say only about half are good, 4 I skip over (2 of the 4 Serv isn't even on the song), the rest are average. The album really drops...

The album really drops at the end and there is nothing really worth while in the last 5 songs (3 of the 5 Serv-On isn't on though) Guests aren't too heavy (or good) and he should have left off the songs he isn't on cause only one of them is halfway decent the rest suck. Production is average with a few highpoints. Monsta Muzak Ent. does 8 of the songs, Smoove does 6 (a few very nicely), Chee-Lo does 2, and Reem, DJ Montay, Court Dog, and storm all do 1 song. A nice album for his fans but most of his other albums are better.

#2 - 9 (almost 2 min. intro before the song but the song is tight)
#3 - 7
#4 - 8.5 (f/ Khaotic da Kid -- tight beat and hooK)
#5 - 4 (one of the worst on here)
#6 - 7 (f/ Spark Plugg)
#7 - 8.5
#8 - 8
#9 - 8 (f/ Jay Shine -- nice beat)
#10 - 9 (tight beat)
#11 - 8
#12 - 7
#13 - 7.5 (Blocc 9 solo - no Serv on here -- nice beat, bad hook)
#14 - 8 (tight beat -- dirty song from Serv)
#15 - 8.5
#16 - 7
#17 - 5.5 (annoying hook)
#18 - 6 (f/ Young Choppa -- annoying hook again)
#19 - 6.5 (Reem solo -- no Serv On on this one)
#20 - 4 (Kappachino solo -- no Serv On)
#21 - 6 (Spark Plugg & Cuzzen -- no Serv again)

Such a shame that great cd's like this never get publicized like they should. I never even knew this existed until I happened to come across it in a store. It's a great cd, with tight production and the best lyrics I've heard from Serv-On in a while. I think the move off No Limit helped him refocus. I recommend picking this up on sight, as it is worth every penny. I especially liked the intro dedicated to the victims of 9/11.

R.I.P. Big Ed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Remarkabele, October 2, 2004

I have to say that I totally agree with both reviews before mine. I think this was one that alot of people slept on. Serv aint to be played with on the lyrics tips. You will have to be "TRU" to the game to understand. Yah heard me?

This is probably Serv's greatest work yet (If not War is Me). Here's how I rated the songs on a scale of 1 to 5:
track 2- 1.5
track 3- 5 (This is a tight radio track! Somebody needs to put it on!)
track 4- 5
track 5- 4.5
track 6- 3
track 7- 4.5
track 8- 5 (Try to say he can't battle rap after THIS)
track 9- 5 (Probably my favorite song on the CD)
track 10- 2
track 11- 5
track 12- 3
track 13- 5
track 14- 2
track 15- 4
track 16- 4
track 17- 2.5
track 18- 4.5
track 19- 1 (Betta luck next time Reem)
track 20- 5 (Kappachino=TALENT. Anybody would notice after a listen to this track)
track 21- 4.5 (It seemed handicapped at first, but it grows on ya fast)
Averaging it up makes it a 4.1 star album, but there are enough good tracks to omit the bad ones. I strongly recommend getting this album. Truth is, all it needs to go platinum is some promotion- radio, BET, MTV, anything!
