I was skeptical about trying remanufactured toner cartridges because all I've ever heard from people who have their cartridges refilled at local pharmacies or the new chain of stores is that they have either exploded in their printer or run dry after a short period of time. Not only did these come quickly, but they worked perfectly the minute I installed them in my printer. I think the picture quality is better than the more expensive Lexmark brand. I'd highly recommend these to anyone.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS TONER PALS!!! I ordered a color and black duo for my printer. They sent what they said were replacements, but they did not work. I corresponded with the company with eight emails attempting to get them to send me the correct one. The kept sending the same wrong ones, and telling me that they would work.

They were delivered quickly and work okay - definately not unhappy with the price, even though they do not seem to work as well on 600x600 dpi. It is okay, I just increase the dpi and even though I will use them faster you can't beat their price.

CAN'T BELIEVE THIS WORKS SO GREAT!! AND HALF THE PRICE OF PLACES LIKE STAPLES, BEST BUY, ETC. WILL BUY ALL MY INK PRODUCTS THRU AMAZON.

This item arrived like two or more weeks later than stated. Then one of the ink cartages was actually EMPTY. Was I upset. I was in constant contact with the seller Barnetts who tried to take care of these issues, but it was like a bad nightmare that just kept getting worst.

Color cartridge printed fuzzy and Black one failed to print at all. New ones then purchased at local retailer worked fine.

Same performance as name brand product, half the price. Will order from them again.

Very good value, not too impressed with mailing time and cost. But actual items were very well priced.
