poor product, dont order!,

Ordered the color and black ink, one each. First off the color cartridge is cracked on one of the small plastic pieces that stick out. Black cartridge works but the color does not. Machine keeps getting an error the cartridge is empty. I cleaned the cartridge and machine heads and still not working. Waste of my time and money.
