Chad Hennings is a starting defensive tackle for the five-time Super Bowl champions, the Dallas Cowboys. An Air Force pilot in the Persian Gulf War, Hennings flew forty-five missions in Desert Storm and Operation Provide Comfort, earning awards for both humanitarianism and air achievement. He is also a popular speaker to youth and business groups. Chad, his wife Tammy, and their son Chase live in Texas.

Chad Hennings played nine seasons for the Dallas Cowboys during the 1990s. Before that he was an Air Force fighter pilot who flew more than forty humanitarian missions during the first Gulf War. He won the Outland Trophy as the best interior lineman in the country while playing football for the Air Force Academy. Currently, he is a husband, father, businessman and speaker for Christian and business audiences.

I found this book to be very inspiring. To see that someone who has achieved some of the great things that Chad has, but has still experienced some of the same trials and disappointments that I have has helped motivate me. Chad's commitment to God, family and country is an example for us all.

Chad Hennings is a man of commitment and a man of God. In his book, Hennings stresses the importance of commitment and shows how his life time commitment to hard work has landed him in the National Football League. This is a wonderful book that is interesting and easy to read.

Chad's book has inspired many people who look to him as a role model. His book reflects on how important a good moral and religious foundation is to the development of a true winning spirit, whether on the field or off. Small town Iowa does not afford you many chances. But Chad set his sights on his dream, figured out what it took to acheive them and then took action, while keeping his foundation in the Lord. Chad continues to remember where he came from, and has not let his position in the NFL cloud who he really is, and what is important in his life.
