Insightful Help,

This review is from: It Takes a Parent: How the Culture of Pushover Parenting Is Hurting Our Children-and What to DoAbout it (Paperback)
This was an excellent book, full of humor and good sense. I learned quite a bit. The author cites many contemporary authorities and critiques popular ideas about child-rearing that may be deficient. She often uses examples from her own family. There is motivation as well as insight.
