5.0 out of 5 stars Dealing With Depression, August 1, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Taking Control of Depression: Mending the Mind (VHS Tape)
This video is an excellent resource for both the depressed individual and for the other people around them. I was shown this video while in out-patient treatment for depression. It gives an understandable explanation of some of the causes of depression for those dealing with the depressed individual so that they can help and not be an additional stressor to the depressed person. I would recommend it to anyone who lives with or loves, works with or knows someone who is depressed.
