Book Description

July 16, 2011
This is a complete handbook for effective leadership transitions. It is a guide for newly appointed leaders as well as a resource for Human Resources Officers, Chief Learning Officers, executive coaches and facilitators. The book presents a specific method for newly appointed leaders to quickly grasp the key organizational challenges facing them in their new assignment. The method employs high-tech support using a web-based application designed to produce a comprehensive organizational assessment by way of confidential interviews with superiors, peers, direct reports and customers of the newly appointed leader. This is combined with high-touch support from a transition coach and a transition meeting that produces an action plan for the first 100 days in the new assignment.
