It doesn't say how small this book is. Good for a child but not good as a classroom read aloud.

I purchased this book for my son. I was trying to keep him away from my Beatrix Potter complete works. I expected a bigger book but I really liked it even so. It is like a pocket book for an adult, but it is perfect for my 3-year old.

My grandchild loved this book and it took me back to the days when my mom read it to me.
Book was in great condition.

Purchased this book for our first grandson. We love the old stories. Book arrived promptly and was exactly what we expected.

this small little book is the perfect gift for any child (good baby shower gift too). It's the classic tale of Peter Rabbit that every kid loves. The book is small enough to send through the mail as part of a little gift.

I would give this 5 stars if not for the following:
-as one reviewer pointed out, no size description was listed when I bought this (April, 2011). This is as small as a pocketbook.
-the site should also mention (with any children's book) the page quality. Thin paper pages vs. thick paper pages, etc. As a parent, this is definitely something I look at when ordering books for my toddler.

I've loved this book since childhood and when i saw that there was a special edition of it, i wanted it right way.

My book cover is silver but is not the book cover pictured above. Hence, the lower star rating.
