1.0 out of 5 stars HE BASES THESE STORIES ON HEAR SAY, May 31, 2008
This review is from: A Tale in the Sting (Paperback)
Wensley Clarkson, although an author of many books, hacks his way through this so called biography of Sting. He bases most of his stories on hear say and some are just plain old supposition. I found it very unsatisfying and a lot of untrue stories. Sting has been pretty up front about his life, and will admit to a lot of mistakes. But if you want a real Biography on Sting read Broken Music. It is sheer poetry and a very satisfying book about the man from the man. Leave Wensley Clarksons book alone. He had never met Sting when he wrote this book. Don't you think you should get some confirmation from the horses mouth first.
