5.0 out of 5 stars love it!, July 19, 2008

This review is from: Tales from Acorn Wood: Rabbit's Nap (Paperback)
My 18 month old twins adore this story and bring it to me to read to them regularly. I think the fact that it is about a familiar subject, naps, and how the rabbit has a hard time finding a quiet place to take a nap relates to them. The words are simple and rhyme and the flaps enhance the reading experience. We have many of this author's books and this is a favorite.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cute book, November 4, 2008

This review is from: Tales from Acorn Wood: Rabbit's Nap (Paperback)
I have all of the "lift the flap" books by this team of author/illustrator. The rhyming flows nicely and I love the illustrations. Most importantly though, my 18 month old son loves them too. I bought "Rabbit's Nap" when he was 1 year old and he has always liked it. The flaps are pretty durable too. One flap has torn off but that has been after a lot of uses and a toddler "trying" to lift the flaps.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great open-the-flap book, November 19, 2002
By A Customer
This book, and Fox's Socks by the same author, are my 1-year-old's favorite books. They are sturdy board books with engaging rhymes and sturdy flaps to open. The illustrations are colorful, and there are lots of animals and objects to view on each page.
