fun read on the way to spain,

I started reading this on the plane on the way spain. Our first stay was in Granada, where the Alhambra is. Reading this book a little before during and after really gave a lovely extra dimension to our tour of the Alhambra. Not exactly a "page turner," but I enjoyed his writing style and subtle but clever turn of phrase. BTW we saw copies of it in EIGHT different languages in Granada.
