Book Description

December 8, 2008
I have always believed there are planetary civilizations that are billions of years old, some, - older than the earth. There are tangible remnants of ancient civilizations surviving today that suggest epoch when such knowledge of extraterrestrials was common.

The Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans had their pantheon of gods who dwelt in realms beyond the skies. East Indian Vedas also speak of interplanetary travel in space craft they called vimana, not to mention the vilixi, of Atlantis. Considering the vastness of time and space in the universe, who is to say the very gods humans have embraced, whose interactions became our religions, - were not highly evolved members of some primordial, extremely advanced civilization(s). Looking past many shallow attempts in the entertainment media, contemporary science fiction and fantasy genre, One has moments of realization there may be some deeper underlying truth to them.

The famous H.P.Lovecraft exploited this literary concept in his many works of the; "Old Ones" in his 1930s classics, "The Call of Cthulhu" and "Mountains of Madness" and of another writer; John Leahy's "Amundsen's Tent". It is my sincerest desire to humbly follow in the august and eloquent traditions of these creatively brilliant writers.

Even the most diehard skeptics are beginning to realize every star is similar to our sun and has planets. Recently, astronomers have observed these solar systems are very much like our own, and to date, hundreds of planets have been identified. With more powerful telescopes, countless more will be found - trust me.

5.0 out of 5 stars Original, fresh, thoughtful tour de force, January 12, 2010
Tales from the Dreamtime is a collection of eight very original stories covering several genre. My book deals with individuals from very different backgrounds and how they are drawn together in worlds of fantasy and mystery.

Family Tree - A recuperating war veteran, haunted by nightmares of the battlefield, finds solace in the arms of his beautiful exotic wife. Once reunited, she often speaks of her desire to find her birth parents in a mysterious world of the Amazon. A vacation holiday opens a door to a wild adventure that you will not soon forget.

Trees - After losing his family in a tragic accident, another lonely mid aged man finds a doctor who prescribes a remedy with unintended side effects. Is he dreaming or has he actually gone to a world of his dreams?

Payback - The good intensions of a pastor turns to love when he gets involved with a member of his congregation. The only child of this bitter marriage shares the downward spiral into the madness of his father, ending in a tragically misguided revenge.

Tales from the Dreamtime, In all, is a deep, well written venture dealing with many levels of enlightenment, from the sublime to the most arcane and thought provoking facets of existence. Although the characters of each story are drawn from everyday people very much like ourselves, each expresses a personal philosophy that adds another dimension to the story. This allows the reader to either enjoy the story at the comfort level of its obvious plot or consider the psyche of the characters to an ever deepening level of corroborative and historical possibilities. Forming a strong thread of truth, this weaves a wondrous tapestry of unexplored realms of mystery that inform as well as entertain.
