Book Description

Storytellers Bible March 1, 1998
In this astonishing new look at the Book of Revelation, David Barr asks us to forget for the moment what we think we know about the New Testament's most controversial text. He reminds us that listening to the Apocalypse was as an experience meant to transform the listener. Tales of the End offers a new way of reading and understanding the Book of Revelation as a narrative, so that for the first time readers can go beyond the familiar to actually hear the story as it was originally heard.
