Format: Audio CD
This recording is aptly named, as the music tells stories expressing all the moods of the guitar. The range of emotion in this recording is well-served by Cobo's virtuosity. From melodic love stories like Brouwer's "El decameron negro" (especially track #5) to tales of madness in Koshkin's "The Usher Waltz," Cobo crafts each piece as only an artist of such calibre can do. Cobo plays as if this music originates in his soul!
