The featured objects range in date from the late 1980s to today, with particular attention given to the last five years and projects currently in development. "Talk to Me" is one of the most amazing books I've experienced in a while. The book manages to be an incredible concatenation of unevenly distributed futures conveniently curated in a handy format. It's essentially a visionary lauchpad for melding the analog/digital divide into a humanely meaningful orchard of creativity.
