This stopped functioning the moment it was removed from it's package, before I had even handed it to my child.

New batteries did not help and I just don't understand why these line of toys were made so badly.

Sneaking it away from my 3 year old with autism to return it is like mission impossible, I am tired of returning these toys.This ENTIRE LINE of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse toys is AWFUL and DO NOT function correctly. I am very angry and annoyed with this.

I bought this for my son and we got it home and it would only work in the demo mode. we kept trying to switch it to the regular mode and nothing would happen. We even tried new batteries...nothing!

So, we took it back to exchange thinking we just got a dud. So, I decided to try out the new one before I left because I did not want to have to come back. Good thing I did! That one will not work in the regular mode either. The walmart customer service lady helped me try 3 and the same problem with all of them. Maybe I was doing something wrong? Well, if it is that hard for a 30 year old to figure out then how can my 3 year old? This product sucked :( Bummer too because my son loves his Mickey Playhouse.

My son got this as a gift. It worked for a VERY short while (less than a day). Figured the batteries had died, which sucked but was fixable. Nope! Doesn't work at all with fresh batteries.

I tried calling the number in the instruction book (Character Direct: 1-866-652-6375). The first few times I tried calling I got an operator recording saying "all circuits are busy". Then it finally went through and I got a different recording saying all operators were busy. Finally, I made it through. The lady on the phone was helpful, but their answer was to turn off, put Mickey on firmly, shake, then try the toy again. Silly! Poor design! but okay, I'll give it a shot. Got home, tried, nada. Still doesn't do anything.

Call backed. On hold for a while. Spoke with someone. "Oh, we're just a call center. I'll take down your info and fax over a report to the company and someone will contact you." We'll see...

End result: Don't buy! And if you get it as a gift, ask for it to be returned. The concept is cute, but the toy itself sucks as does the company that makes it. I'm suprised Disney put their name on it. But I guess whatever it takes to make a quick buck.

My son loves this toy. It comes with a Mickey Mouse figurine that attaches to the top of the airplane. When you attach the Mickey Mouse and turn the propeller Mickey Mouse talks and his hands move up and down. He loves to watch the show and play along with his airplane.
