New, or old style rembetika doesn't matter. This is some of the best taximi I've ever heard, not available on a lot of older albums. I am just sad that this is no longer available as my copy has been misplaced. If you come across this cd, buy it and keep it, or sell it to me.

Listen to track 10- "to monopati pous travas" very powerful.

This is a medley of anodyne modern rebetika.
For those that prefer the older, Ottomanesque rebetika try Amazon's other "REMBETICA" of "WOMEN OF REMBETICA" CD's
