I am very pleased with this product. It dose a great job monitoring your heart rate, and it motivates youto work harder. If you are walking or joging by yourself, I would recomend the model with the FM radio. Very comfortable and very well priced.

You cannot program this monitor with your age, weight. etc. so it has little function except to tell you to "Increase your workout." It cannot be returned without its original packaging--that nasty plastic that you have to shred to open it in the first of money.
