These boots fit nicely and are comfortable, but the lining is "wool" not shearling sheep fur, so they don't look much like the expensive brands, especially when worn turned down. Like all suede boots, they need to be waterproofed to keep looking their best. They are toasty warm and can be worn around the house like slippers or outside if waterproofed.

I have both UGG boots and these, and the Tamaracs feel just as nice as the UGGs. I love them and my feet love them.

these are realllly comfortable and warm. they are made out of the same exact materials as uggs but without the hefty price tag. i had a pair last season that were in fantastic condition except the bottom.. i like to drag my feet when i walk. thus making the bottoms have holes at the end of the heel. so whenever i stepped in puddles my sock would get wet :/ anyways. besides that ive never had any problems. id def try it for the price!

Like the previous reviewer, I too own Ugg boots in a similar style and these are every bit as good. Very warm and comfortable. I usually wear a size 11-wide in dress and casual shoes, and ordered these in size 11 medium-- they accommodate a wide-ish foot well. I would NOT say to order a size smaller than usual though, they're slightly wide but the length is true to size. Can't beat the price!

These boots are a great deal and very comfortable. Believe the reviews and order a size smaller than the shoe size you typically wear.

I tried the bear paws brand, and the fit was terrible. These are much nicer looking and more comfortable.

For years I have really disliked this Ugg look and finally broke down after seeing them all over the place and hearing they were so comfy. So happy I did because they are the warmest, most comfortable boots I've owned. I only paid $28 so I got a great deal. I would recommend weatherproofing them as soon as you can. The fit is perfect, true to size, even for my larger calves/ankles. There is just enough room to fit in skinny jeans and to roll down if needed. They come up to the top of my calve and definitely more flattering then the shorter versions. I have never tried any other Ugg style boots, but really think these are an awesome deal and nice quality.

UPDATE: OK, one minor problem I noticed so had to delete a star. The back of boot near calf starts to rub and irritate my leg after wearing a bit. I think this is from when boot starts to slide down. Will try wearing long socks or roll down.

I was excited about my fake Uggs when I ordered! But they are a little short on my feet....guess I should have ordered up a size. I am a true 5. I think I would like the height shorter on my leg.

I was looking for some warm and cozy slippers after my husband got some great Tamarac ones for Christmas. I decided to get boots because I liked them more than any of the slippers. I love these! They are warm, comfortable and decent enough to wear out of the house. The chestnut color is exactly what I was looking for. I wear them in the morning while I'm getting ready and I have to convince myself every morning to take them off and put my real shoes on. I love them!

I'm a heel type of girl, and when I first saw UGGS, I thought how silly to wear these in Arizona, but now I live in a part of Europe where its been snowing a lot. I bought these and they are perfect for keeping the toes warm and comfy. I'm glad I didn't get UGGS although my husband wanted me to since he's a name brand type of guy. I got these for 20 dollars on the one day sell, and when they do go on sale again, I will get them in other colors as well.
