5.0 out of 5 stars Warm cozy shearling slippers
I am really pleased with my wool shearling slippers.
They are a great value.
I recommend very highly
Size is very close to what shoe size would be.I was between sizes so went up to next whole size, and am glad I did.
Solid constuction, and very warm and comfortable.

2.0 out of 5 stars NOT made from real sheepskin
The only part of these slippers that contains sheepskin is the exterior cuff. The upper interior is made from wool (not nearly as soft) and the interior footbed is made from cheap synthetic acrylic. Sent these back for a refund.

You can find much higher quality 100% real sheepskin slipper, almost identical in design to these for only $10 more at a store...

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Sheep slippers I ever bought, January 11, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I ordered these slippers as the ones I had were falling apart. I ordered these by mistake as the slippers I originally ordered became unavailable. The price was the same so I took a chance. I was glad I did. Since I ordered these well before Christmas, they arrived in just a few days. I noticed the great quality as soon as I took them out of the box. The inner sheepskin material was extremely thick. The hard soles were also thick and should last a while as I go outside in the morning with them on.
The construction of the slipper as a whole is excellent. They are thick, strong and feel great on my feet. The warmth they provide is wonderful. I am very happy that I bought this item. I would definetly purchase another pair if they are still available.

I have been wearing Slippers International slippers for many years. It does not surprise me how comfortable and well made these slippers are. I highly recommend these slippers.

These slippers are warm and comfortable, but also rugged enough so that you don't have to worry if you want to walk outside in the morning to get your paper. Check out this video review to see exactly what you're getting with your own eyes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Value, December 28, 2007
This is the second pair of these I have purchased. The sheepskin used is good quality. What really made this perfect for me is the sole.

Some sheepskin slippers I have owned have more of a "moccasin" type sole. While the sole is rubber, they don't do well outdoors. They afford no protection to the sheepskin upper and any water or mud will get on the upper.

Still others have more of a boot, almost Vibram, type sole. These do well outdoors, but tend to track in mud, leaves, and anything else you may have stepped in getting the mail.

These slippers have what I consider the perfect indoor / outdoor sole. Combine this with quality sheepskin and a good price and you have a winner.

You can find much higher quality 100% real sheepskin slipper, almost identical in design to these for only $10 more at a store that rhymes with Kabelas. (Amazon automatically deletes my reviews when I spell the name of the store with a "C")

MADE IN CHINA...that should tell you something about the product. Only the upper flap showing in the picture is 100% sheepskin...the inside where it touches your feet is actually polyfibers. Very nice spice color and good sole but very disappointed that the inside is NOT sheepskin. Why not make the inside with sheepskin and the outside part with the fake stuff??...just shows how backward our society really has become.

2.0 out of 5 stars Craftsmanship Sub-Par, January 7, 2007

The slippers looked and felt great. I gave them to my 15yr old son as a gift. However, within 1 week, the stitching came loose from one of the slippers around the sole. I had to take them to a shoe repair shop and have them stitched again(both of them) for an additional $8.00.

4.0 out of 5 stars Warm, Snuggly and durable, January 11, 2007
By
I got these for my husband for Christmas and he really likes them. The keep his feet nice an warm. His only complaint is that the sole, while durable, is VERY heavy. He put on some other slippers last night that are regular cloth ones and commented how he noticed how light they were in comparison.
