Shipment packaging rates a single star -- I ordered two bottles, and they were merely thrown into a cardboard box with no protective cushioning, where they were allowed to roll around and bang into each other. Fortunately, the bottles didn't break or leak (props to UPS for careful handing, I guess).
Come on, guys -- use a little bubble wrap, would ya?!?!
Cooking tip - take this stuff, a little bit of cracked brown pepper, a little onion powder, and a little water, and make a thin 'baste'. Brush it on 80/20 hamburger that you've pressed into thin 4oz patties, and griddle or pan-fry on cast iron at high heat. Cook it quick so the meat sears, the fat melts, but the burger doesn't dry out. It'll be the best, simplest burger you've ever made.
Buy Some! You won't regret it. Don't let the price scare you! You get what you pay for.
I cannot tell the difference at ALL between this soy sauce and soy sauce containing wheat. My roommate who is very sensitive to tastes and hates most gluten-free products because of that, loves this Soy Sauce as well. If you have any doubts, let them go and give this stuff a try, you won't be disappointed!

Very expensive, after buying it I found the same one at Harris teeter for almost half the price.Published 5 months ago by Enedina Flores-Correa
I like this product. The only thing I would say negative, is that the packaging wasn't very good. The bottle leaked. Product itself is really good.Published 6 months ago by Roni
