While I, myself, do not need to stick to a Gluten Free / Wheat Free diet, I still think this is my favorite soy sauce I have had so far. It is not quite as salty as Kikkoman and has a smoother taste. The sushi restaurants around here usually have Sempio soy sauce, which I also like but is not quite as flavorful as this is. If you're willing to pay a premium for premium soy sauce, I strongly recommend trying this out!
