I have been having such trouble deciding what I can feed my Celiac step-daughter. This product is not only as tasty as the regular soy sauce, but opens up a lot of my favorite recipes to use when she visits.

I love the taste of this Gluten Free Soy Sauce. To me it taste better than soy sauce you get from the most Japanese Resturants that have Wheat in them. So, I always bring my own Gluten Free Soy Sauce, "Tamari Soy Sauce" That is TOTALLY WHEAT FREE. . .YEA. . . I Also bought TAMARI SOY SAUCE PACKETS, which make it easy to carry in my purse. THANKS TAMARI. . . . . . .

This soy sauce works exactly like the regular soy sauce and is great for my wheat allergy. I just wish that the company had a lower salt version.

After tasting this soy sauce, I felt like I might have never before properly tasted a *real* soy sauce.

While all soy sauce is salty, this isn't overbearingly so, and has a complexity and depth of flavor that has to be tasted to be understood - no words could put that flavor in your mouth. It has a rich salty, nutty, sweet, almost meaty flavor.

In addition to the usual condiment-with-food use, I use two tablespoons on a pound of ground beef, make 5oz patties, coat them in pepper, and cook them on the grill with chunks of mesquite. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

My boyfriend (he's non celiac) and I think this is better than regular soy sauce. I haven't tried any other GF brands; this is so good, I just haven't felt the need.
