4.0 out of 5 stars This video is for all exercise levels.
I used this vidreo after the birth of my first son. After getting used to the routine on the floor, I invested in a step. I went from low impact to high. Even though I got stonger, the workout is still challenging and invigorating. If you want to buy just one video that will grow with your abilities; this is the one!

2.0 out of 5 stars Booooring
I found this video incredibly boring, even on fast forward. If you are very new to exercise, it definitely explains how to balance your diet and some of the basic concepts of getting in shape and losing weight that you don't normally see. But, since I already own a few aerobics videos, I found the moves in this one to be unoriginal and boring. Step up. Step down...

5.0 out of 5 stars TIGHTER ASSETS!, January 9, 2002

Tamilee is the ultimate instructor! Several years ago I started working out to this video for three months. I went from a size 9/10 to size 5/6 with eating healthy. Now, after having a child I joined a gym for 3 months, lost 5 pounds but no real difference. I quit the gym and started Tamilee in November. I have lost 15 pounds, my arms are tighter/trimmer and my abs are starting to show definition and the yucky flab you get when you have a child is almost gone. I cant believe it. When she says you'll see a difference in 8-12 wks she means it. The first half of the tape is a little boring but you must be motivated and believe that this is working. After a while, you get better and breeze through the first half. If you are motivated you will burn up a sweat. The second half, you burn up a sweat without even trying to hard. I have a dozen exercise tapes and she is the only one who can really motivate and get me to truly concentrate on my body. I just got my sister a tape and recommend it to everyone. I do wish Tamilee had a more intense cardio/toning/fat burning video!

4.0 out of 5 stars One of my faves!, March 3, 2002

I bought this video about five years ago, and I've been using it ever since. I love the fact that the aerobic and toning sections are broken up, making it easy to fit in a workout even when you're really choked on time. I bring it with me every time I travel. I wish that she would come out with another video, more intense in the aerobic section, for the days when you really want to sweat.

But, since I already own a few aerobics videos, I found the moves in this one to be unoriginal and boring. Step up. Step down. Plain vanilla pushups, bicep curls, and so on. I was looking for some new techniques to mix up my already existing workouts, and I definitely didn't find them here.
