I have been using Tamilee's exercise videos for over 10 years and consider her to be my fitness guru. In this book, she is very open and honest about her own fitness slumps and her body's changes as she ages (she's 45). I received it within the time frame, the book was in fair condition considering what I paid for it. The only problem was it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

I have been using Tamilee's exercise videos for over 10 years and consider her to be my fitness guru. In this book, she is very open and honest about her own fitness slumps and her body's changes as she ages (she's 45). She has a helpful guide in her book about how to combine her fitness videos properly for the best results and best of all, her new plan involves walking for health. It's not a very long book, but it includes new ideas for putting together your own routine using minimal equipment. There are lots of clear, easy-to-use photos of her doing exercises and there is some content related to all-around healthy living. Her fans will like her book.

Tamilee is appropriately considered a fitness expert and celebrity. To be regarded as a fitness celebrity you must pass the test of time. She has uniquely modified existing workout routines to meet the demands of the middle-age consumer. The photos are great and the exercises are very easy to follow. The only recommendation I would make is that the book be spriral binding so that the pages stay open better. Otherwise, this is the best strength/toning book on the market for 30 and up!
