This is an excellent book for anyone! It is an easy to follow, well thought-out book that is NOT boring. This is not written like a tutorial, in fact it allows for a couple laughs and more importantly a lot to learn. It is truly a great book!

Randy Dean will indeed help you "Tame the E-mail Beast" and dramatically reclaim a majority of the time many of us waste with E-mails. Although he doesn't promote it, I also found many great Marketing Ideas in this Book.
