Years ago Lexie had thought that Jake Thorne loved her and would provide her with the love and security she had craved since her unhappy childhood. Her happiness at finding out she was pregnant was ruined by the fact that he left before she could tell him. Now he's home and says he means to stay but can she trust him with her son and her heart...A good read.
