The title says it all, and Mariella is tame in this book if you read The Glass Slipper you met Mariella in Isabella story and she was something else then, but Ms. Dara found someone just for Mariella and his name is Ian and I tell you he is something else. Strong, tough when need to be and gentle oh so gentle. You are going to love this book.

I'm usually right on when picking romantic books to read but Taming Mariella was not good for me, but of course this is MY opinion. I think the story was rushed and not very well put together! Maybe my standards were too high because I am used to Brenda Jackson, A. C. Arthur and others so maybe they spoiled me! Maybe someone else will enjoy but in all actuality I didn't really care for it!

I loved it personally. at first I thought i was going to hear the plight of the beautiful people, and yes that was apart of it, but the love was so easy to see and feel it. I loved how i could feel every emotion that they had... their passion was intense and it was nice to see mariella be trully happy at the end...

p.s. i'm going to steal that little speech at the end and use it as my wedding vows when I get married. a little tweak here and there and I'll be good.

This is a great novel in a continuing family saga. I enjoyed it and Dara Girard kept me wanting to know more.
