This is a book that would be useful to just about anyone - women who are alpha bitches, people who ever have to interact with them (probably everyone), and even those of us who don't see ourselves as an alpha bitch. When you read this book, you will be surprised at how many alpha bitch traits you can identify with. Goes to show, there's a bit of an alpha bitch in all of us! At first glance, the book seems like a deceptively light read, but the message is a universal and profound one. We have all been programmed to think that to get ahead in life, we need to struggle, control and dominate in some way, but in fact, if we just relaxed and trusted a little more, we could have so much more and on so many levels. I highly recommend this to everyone. It's practical and entertaining and you will never look at life the same way again.
