Crappy 'toy', excellent model, November 11, 2009
= Durability:1.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Tamiya 1/35 BMW R75 w/Side Car TAM35016 (Toy)
As the caveat states, "Plastic Model Kit-Assembly Required, Glue and Paint sold separately." With proper assembly and painting this is a great model of the R75 that propelled the motorized Wehrmacht, and was even copied by Harley Davidson when they had to rush a proven design into production for the US Army.
It's not a 'toy' so the wheels don't move, the figures don't move. But assembly is easy, the plastic is first rate with pieces that fit and require little if any cleanup. Detail is very good with a few exceptions such as cylinder intake and exhaust. Model builders with moderate ability will have no problem adding these out of sprue. With the figures this is probably best displayed on a plain base or as a mini-diorama.

This toy is complete turn off..In real life it looks completely different form the one that was advertise on web page.it's all green color cheap plastic, however when you you look at the web page it looks like real soldiers that made from kind of tough robe material with distinguish face differential...Very disappointed!!!
