The cup is wonderful, but it came with the handle broken off. I needed the gift for a christmas gift, so not time to return.

I bought this mug twice for my husband, HE LOVED IT. We never put it in the dishwasher or put it in the freezer while it was still warm from being washed. After some time the cup cracked down the side so I bought him another one and yesterday it cracked down the side! We threw the 2nd one away, he is really disappointed but we refuse to buy for a 3rd time.
