Product Description

This Medium Lens Case is perfect for lenses up to 7.25-inch long. It features Dual Foam Technology, which combines closed-cell foam for maximum shock protection with open-cell foam for vibration dampening and a custom fit. A hard plastic bottom beneath the foam further protects the lens from shock. The top has a full coverage rain flap the completely covers the double slider coil zipper, which allows fast access. A handle on top, belt loops and -inchD-inch ring for accessory shoulder straps (sold seperately) provide convenient carrying options.

When I got it, one look told me that this case was just TOO BULKY. On the plus side, it would provide great protection to the lens.

The good news was that I ended up buying a different Tamrac product, a carry case for the camera and extra lens--I am very satisfied with that product.

So, while this product didn't meet my needs, a different Tamrac product was perfect.

Small is a relative term. Yes it is for a small lens, but it is pretty large. It will most likely take a direct Nuclear strike to damage the lens.
Over all I think it's great. It's just larger on the outside than I anticipated.

Perfect size for my Canon long, zoom lens. A bit large, but then so is the L lens. Well constructed. Provides very good protection for an expensive lens.
