The Speed Flap Top opens to reveal adjustable, foam-padded internal dividers that provide a custom fit to camera equipment. The zippered front pocket, full-length zippered Speed Pocket on the flap, and an open pocket in back provide extra storage for accessories, manuals, and personal items. A side pocket is perfect for carrying a cell phone or MP3 player. A shoulder strap and EasyGrip carrying handle provide convenient carrying options. You can add Tamrac accessories to the shoulder strap using the attachment slots for our Strap Accessory System products.

I have used Tamrac bags for going on 30 years for my extensive collection of Film & Digital cameras and lenses along with a camcorder or two. My most recent addition, the Messenger 1 bag, is a good fit for my new Lumix FZ28 camera. The bag has room for a charger, extra battery, several memory cards, cords, owner's manual, ETC.

The most important thing to remember when looking for a bag that will FIT your camera is to access the Tamrac website. They have a chart listing most all cameras on the market and the recommended bags that will fit. There are usually at least 5 different types, plus several colors, to choose from.

Their bags are well thought out and always of top quality.

This is great for my Canon Rebel xsi with the bundled lens. It easily stores the battery charger, a few memory cards, and a point and shoot camera (canon powershot a510). If you need to carry much more than this or another lens - I'd look for another bag, there just isn't room for another lens. However, if you just need a solid bag for a few items this is great.

Perfect size for what we were looking for. Fit out Nikon D40 DSLR and with the 55-200mm lens. Also had room for our wallet and other stuff. Very comfortable to wear.
