Product Description

Color: Black

The Compact Digital is great for carrying most compact digital cameras. It has Dual Foam Technology that combines closed-cell foam to provide maximum shock protection with open-cell foam for vibration dampening and a custom fit. Inside the front zippered pocket are two Universal Memory and Battery Pockets to secure various types for memory cards and batteries. This bag is compatible with Tamrac’s Strap Accessory System (S.A.S.) products and can be worn on any belt or by using the adjustable shoulder strap.

It is well padded, has an easy to use squeeze buckle closure, a well designed belt strap with velcro and a snap button to hold it in place.

IF your camera is in the size range of a Canon Elf, this bag is the perfect fit.

I have a Tamrac bag which is almost 2 years old for my digital camera and it looks as good as the day I bought it! I use my camera almost every day. When I purchased this bag as a gift, I neglected to do my homework and upon receipt, found it to be VERY SMALL. Amazon.com does not list the actual size of the bag. However, if you go to [website], click on "digital", they have a checklist of camera names and model numbers, with compatible bags - great resource!

IF your camera is in the size range of a Canon Elf, this bag is the perfect fit. I use the 569001 for my Canon S400, and it fits the camera like a glove, and is well padded. Another handy feature is the front compartment allows space for an extra CF card, and spare battery. You probably could squeeze another card in there if you don't have high capacity cards. In the area of convenience the bag comes with a belt and shoulder strap. The removal and insertion from this case is also quite convenient and fumble free.

This is a nice bag, but it is too small for Canon's A70/A60 cameras.

This is the second Tamrac camera bag I have bought. They fit the cameras very well, (check the Tamrac site to make sure you get the bag they recommend for your camera), provide great protection, and have useful storage for batteries and memory cards. They may be larger than some other brands, but it is well worth it.

When I purchased my Olympus D40 digital camera, I wanted a compact case to go with this compact camera. I wanted a case that was small, easy to access, able to hold the camera with an extra set of batteries and additional media cards, and able to fit on my belt. This camera case suits my needs perfectly. It is well padded, has an easy to use squeeze buckle closure, a well designed belt strap with velcro and a snap button to hold it in place. The front zipper pocket can hold 4 AA batteries and a few media cards. It also includes a shoulder strap, but I have yet to use it as the case is just tiny and works best at your waist. This case also fits the Nikon 775 and Fuji 4700Z perfectly as my friends have these cameras and we tried this case with them.

I own a Sony DSC-P51 Cybershot camera, and I wanted a bag to carry this in.
I picked this bag up, and it fits my camera perfectly. I even bought a small bendable tri-pod for the camera, and this fits in the camera compartment of the bag perfectly.
The padding on the bag seems like it can protect just fine if the bag even falls from about 5 feet, and the closure with a clip and velcro are sufficient. The top of the bag wraps around the entire bag to protect the camera from rain and whatever else might try to make it's way into the bag.
The front compartment holds a few memory sticks and 4 rechargable batteries. This is really all you need for this type of camera.
The only gripes I have about this bag are that the velcro closure snags the camera strap and frayes it (Not a big deal), and carrying the bag with the provided strap makes it look very much like a purse. The bag has an optional belt loop to aleaviate this problem, but I prefer not to use it.
All in all, this bag is perfect for the price.

I purchased one of these camera bags to go with a small digicam and was impressed with the quality and durability of the bag. It is very well-padded, provides excellent protection for your camera and does not look cheap. It is well worth the small cost.

I was looking for a small case for my Canon Elph S230 because I wasn't impressed with the Canon cases I saw on Amazon. I was concerned about buying a non-Canon case because the Elph is so small, I didn't want it to be swimming inside the case. The Tamrac case is perfect for me. Its camera compartment fits the Elph S230 perfectly. There is also another pocket which can hold a spare CF card and extra battery. The clip on the front is very secure and so is the belt loop.
Today I went to a Christening and the camera (in the case) fit inside the front pocket of my suit pants so the case is not very large. Canon has a case that is smaller, but it doesn't hold a spare CF or battery and I doubt it is as padded as this case.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the Tamrac case and would recommend it for Elph owners.
