5.0 out of 5 stars Worth triple its weight in gold, June 28, 2007
Tamrac has done it again...
This bag is the answer to all of your SLR & Computer travel needs. First off, it is very well protected with heavy padding. This particular model can EASILY fit your SLR system...including 6 lens and a flash...and you'll probably still have room to spare. Inside compartment comes equipt with NUMEROUS removeable sections. Heavy duty velcro allows you to organize it in whatever way you deem necessary. Laptop section easily fits oversized laptops (mine's a gaming grade Alienware). Section also has a protection pad on the bottom of it that flips up so that section will collapse when not in use.

In addition to all of that there are two outside flap pockets on the side, one portfolio type zipper pocket on the front flap, and an additional organizational section in front of the laptop section that is equipt with numerous pockets... Read: plenty of room for PDAs, paperwork, gadgets and gizmos. :) Other points of interest include a well made telescoping handle. It locks in place when you need it to lock, and it collapses when you need it to collapse. No more struggling with handles on this bag! ...and when the handles is not in use it fits into another zipper section. Rolling casters roll in all directions...not just forward and backward. You can literally spin this bag in a circle with only the use of one hand. This means that the bag won't tip, even if your pulling it behind you, off balance whie running thru the airport to catch a plane. :) Bag also has a removable shoulder strap with heavy duty hardware, and another handle for hand carrying on top.

Bottom line is.... Tamrac was not fooling around when they designed this bag. Nothing was skimped on. It's very well thought out and very well made. I have absolutley no complains about this bag. It's perfect! Buy with confidence!

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Bag, January 12, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you need to carry a large laptop (like a 17 inch g4 powerbook) and a SLR Camera (like a Nikon D50), This is your bag for airport carry on. If you have a smaller laptop (MacBook or 15 inch) I would suggest the 5261 model. The construction and padding are top notch!. With the built in laptop compartment, there was no need for a padded laptop sleeve.. The Inline skate style wheels are big and the bag will stand on its own. The extendable handle is comfortable for my 5'11" of height. It easy will fit into the over head storage.

Issues: It is a bit wide and low, as I walked through the airport people did not see it and where bumping into it. I would not suggest packing it too thick (it was harder to get into the over head compartment) better to pack it tall. It would be nice if it could easily attached to your main bag. Expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.

1.0 out of 5 stars Too big, too dark, no zipper/velcro pockets, won't fit under an airplane seat, June 27, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Tamrac 5263 Black CyberPro Express Rolling Photo/Laptop Briefcase (Black) (Electronics)
I expected a solid camera case that oh by the way had room for a laptop and camera supplies, wallet, pens, etc. What I got was a big big floppy roller bag with camera slots, lens slots, a poorly padded laptop slot, several large pockets. But it's huge. Loaded, it would not fit under an airplane seat. And one of the reviewers was right--if you put something in it besides a laptop and camera/lenses, it's "digging to China" to find it. Because the inside is black, the small velcroed or zipperpockets are not there. Where would I put SD cards with any hope of them not getting lost? Or lens filters? Or batteries? Or the screw-on cover for the lens I've currently got on my camera? Or my 5" tripod? Or my download cord? They'd all get lost. I opened this item, immediately wrapped it back up for return. SO disappointed. Just get a carry on suitcase. That's about all this this is--just happens to some padded compartments for a camera and lenses. Definitely would not recommend. Also, when I ordered it, the Amazon display on the product said Adorama was the supplier. I've ordered from Adorama and know their customer service and products are tops. When it was delivered, Kellard (whom I've never heard of) was the supplier. No relation to Adorama. What's up with that? It was delivered in a plastic bag and a beat up generic box, so I really wonder about whether I was to be the original owner. I'm so disappointed and irritated. Caveat emptor applies here, and I didn't. When I called about the return, the agent didn't seem all that concerned, yes I'll have to pay return postage, and the apathy underwhelmed me.

Added comments. Really really caveat emptor. This item cost me $359.95. I paid $26.80 to FedEx it back because it's so NOT as described and clunky. When I got my refund from the seller, they charged me for what they paid to ship it to me: $14. So the cost to me of ordering and returning a product that's certainly not worth $359.95 to begin with was $40.80. I guess I'll look on this as an idiot tax and only order items from Amazon that I'm really really sure I want because the cost of reviewing this item far exceeded its value.
