I actually had good success with this product when I got it. WHILE it works, it's great.
The problem is, the stupid thing breaks/stops working really easily, and their customer service is horrible...the warranty is even cheaper than the product itself, so they don't stand behind their own product.
Unlike my beloved Clarisonic, which I have had for 3 years now with NO PROBLEMS, the Tanda is a shoddily-made piece of garbage.
I am now the proud owner of a $200 paperweight. I am now trying to find another provider of a similar product -- but one with GOOD customer service that STAND BEHIND its own product. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I am not sure if this is working . I have used it about 3 weeks daily. Am sure it will take much longer to get results. For the price,,,I am hopeing that it will work miracles,,,haha
