This is a wonderfully authentic mixture, with all the elements. Really a superior product.

I've ate at quality tandoori restaurants in Houston for 20 years. All seem to have excellent tandoori chicken.
Voila! This grilling paste is the exact recipe that northern Indian tandoori restaurants use. One tbsp. paste to two tbsp. cooking oil blended then marinate your chicken at least one hour then grill to your taste.

sooooooo good. not available from amazon.com, but as of 2/18/11 you could get it at a sale price at ayurvediccenter.com. click on all products. click on groceries. it's on page two. the shipping is more reasonable than the neera's site and the price today is cheaper than neera's. i'm a fat old white lady who discovered this spicy but great stuff last summer. great with vegetables, fish, chicken, chicken soups and wraps. especially good on wraps if you add a bit to yogurt and use that as a dressing for a chicken wrap. good with rice. a little will go a long way but you'll want at least two or you'll have to reorder right away. i've even given some jars to my hot salsa loving friends. enjoy.
