I ordered 3 different pet combs to see which one would work best on my long-haired cat, Teddy Bear. The Untangler buried the rest of them easily. Each tine spins so as not to pull too hard on the fur, and it works very well when gently working some matted fur out. My cat loves to be combed, and purrs his head off; he thinks he's being given a special treat! I won't tell him otherwise. And I'm going to order a couple more of these amazing combs so I have backups. I very much recommend this pet tool!

As a dog breeder of long haired dogs, I have found this to be the best comb I have ever used. We are so satisfied with the comb, that we now put it in our gift package when the puppies go home. We now have to purchase them by the case. Excellent product

I've had my untangler forever and it is the comb I turn to when my Old English Sheepdogs have matts so I've used more than a thousand times over a decade or two. I was using it on the deck this morning -- and cold old plastic is brittle. Oh no! It broke! I'm using it without the handle til I can get the new one I'm ordering today. The untangler is especially great with long double coated breeds!

I'm a dog groomer and this is the best comb on the market can't find in stores. helps remove matting without hurting your pet between grooming appointments. you can't go wrong :) two thumbs up from me!

This is without a doubt the best implement I think I have ever purchased considering functionality and price. I like it better than other deshedding rakes I have. I go over my dog with a slicker brush first and then proceed with this little jewel. What I like about it is it tends to hold the hair in the comb until you are ready to remove it so it is not going all over the place like it is with a regular deshedding tool. I also have a furminator that I still use to get really fine hair behind the ears and other spots where I want a finer toothed tool. It is also less painful for the dog due to the spinning/rotating teeth. One of my dogs is a pyrenees and has a long thick coat so it is just ideal. I could not be more pleased with it!!!

I love this comb so much I am including it in my puppy packets to my buyers. It glides thru the hair without pulling and is much gentler than the other grooming products I have used.

This comb is one of the BEST tools I've found for grooming our bichon. The rolling metal tines of the comb spin through matted undercoat and do a wonderful job of working through both top and bottom layers of fur! Thanks for a great product at a reasonable price!

With 2 long hair cats and a dog who mats easily, this is far and above the most amazing detangler ever. Cats purr and dog rolls over when they see it coming!

Our Goldendoodle has long wavy hair that tangles easily. I find that this is one of the best grooming tools to keep her fur in good condition. She prefers this comb over her slicker brush which tends to pull the fur more. The teeth on the comb rotate which helps to work through the coat easier with less pulling. I still recommned a brush to add shine to the coat but this is a great comb.

I have to add my endorsement of this wonderful detangler comb. I have a Shima, and the breeder recommended it. I bought one for my mother, who has a Shima also. Don't know how we would get by without them. The teeth get through the coat to the base, where many mats start. Rounded teeth, so it is gentle to their skin.
