The scale is easy to use and provides data on a daily basis that I use as a baseline for my fitness program.

This thing is pretty good. Don't expect it to be super accurate though. The scale is right on, but the other stuff has quite a bit of variance. For instance, Its not possible for me to gain 10 pounds of muscle mass overnight. But it has registered that. With all that said, the extra measurements can be pretty close and provide a better measurement than me trying to...

This thing is pretty good. Don't expect it to be super accurate though. The scale is right on, but the other stuff has quite a bit of variance. For instance, Its not possible for me to gain 10 pounds of muscle mass overnight. But it has registered that. With all that said, the extra measurements can be pretty close and provide a better measurement than me trying to caliper myself, etc... Trust the weight scale, but use the other measurements for trending over weeks or months. Knowing all this, I would still buy the thing.
