Many of the Tanita scales are quite excellent and this one is no exception. Well made the scale supplies and tracks not only weight gain or loss but what it is you are losing.
FOr so many of us that are combining the healthy introduction of healthy eating and working out the simple numbers do not tell you everything you need to know.
It has happened to me everyone says I lost weight and the scale shows half a pound gained but with this scale I see body fat % loss and that is what we are all looking for .
It takes some time to get used to the scale and I am sure I am not using 100% of the capacity of this device yet but all in all it is a critical tool that I use in my personal battle for health.

I Love this scale it really helps me stay focused and motivated. I can now monitor my fat loss percentage and muscle gain without having to worry about my actual weight. Before I got this scale I could gain 5 pounds out of nowhere and freakout or get discouraged. Now I have an idea of where the weight is coming from water, fat or muscle. This scale gives me a clear understanding of where I'm at and where I need to be. I highly recommend this product.
