Capable of storing information for up to five users, this family-friendly digital scale displays a user's current weight and previous weight for comparison on its large, 2-3/4-by-1-1/2-inch LCD screen. Buttons along the scale's bottom edge (numbered 1 through 5) can be pushed in with a toe for selecting each user's previous weight before stepping on the scale. A control underneath the scale adjusts the LCD screen so it displays weights in pounds, kilograms, or stone pounds. The scale has a capacity of 330 pounds, 150 kilograms, or 23 stone pounds and shows weights accurately to 0.2 pound or 0.1 kilogram. Operating on four AA batteries (included), the scale has a white plastic, 12-1/2-by-12-1/4-inch platform that curves handsomely on its edges and includes subtly grooved sides to prevent feet from slipping. I purchased this scale for myself and for my parents. And we all love it! We have 5 people in my family (2 adults and 3 kids) and we all have our own number on the scale. I can even keep track of my 15 mth old's weight! I just sit him right on it. It has a big surface so you can make sure to fit your feet on there right. And the fact that is measures by .2 pounds I can really keep track of all of our weights accurately. I highly recommend it!

This scale is larger than many I've seen which is good for people with big feet. It has five different buttons on the bottom front so that 5 people can trake their weight seperatly. You just press your number and it turns on and quickly calibrates then when the number 0 shows up, it is ready to step on. It is consistent and appears to be very accurate up to .2 lb accuratecy. The only thing I don't know about it yet is how long the included batteries will last. If they last at least a year I will be happy.

The scale seems off by about 5 lbs showing the weight at about 5lbs less. I don't know if I simply got a lemon, (this looked like a unit that might have been returned by another customer, shipped to me from J&R) Also there seems to be no way to easily erase your memorized last shown weight if you don't want everyone else in your home seeing what it was.
