Dont waste your money on this piece of junk, Different weights every time you step on the scale even if its moments after the previous weigh in..

I just got my scale and love it! It's beautifully designed and very easy to work with. the display is really cool and very easy to read. Love all the features. Wish is gave an actual reading of my BMI, but I guess you can calculate it based off height and current weight. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to track weight loss or try to maintain. :)

I really like the features of this scale, especially the multiple-person memory, which allows for all members of the family to track their weight goals. It might cost a little more than other scales, but it is definitely worth it!

If you want an easy to use, accurate, reliable scale, stay away from this model. I bought one and it never worked properly. I returned it to the manufacturer for repairs, and when it came back, nothing was fixed. In both forms, new and repaired, the scale has been a nightmare. Here are the problems:

1. It is incredibly inaccurate. In my case, the weight ranged from 10 to 12 pounds too low, new and repaired (perhaps that's why Jenny Craig has her name on this - her customers will think they've lost ten pounds the moment they step on this junker). And the weight readings are inconsistent. With the scale in exactly the same spot on a ceramic tile floor, readings varied more than a pound from one weighing to another, with the weighings only a few seconds apart.

2. The programming buttons are a nightmare to operate, largely because they don't work as claimed. The programming for time and date worked ok, but none of the other programming features could be set up, no matter what I did.

3. The instruction manual that comes with the scale is far short of what it should be. For example, there are not enough details about error messages that appear on the screen (and they appear very frequently).

I can't think of a single redeeming quality for this scale. My advice: don't waste your money. You can easily find something twice as good for half the price.

I think it's a disgrace that a product with so many inherent flaws can be pawned off on people under a brand name like Jenny Craig.

The original scale I bought weighed about 9 pounds too light, the replacement scale weighs heavy by about 9 pounds against 2 doctor's scales. It cost me $17 to return it; to pay another $17 to return your crummy scale, I could have almost bought a new one. I waited on hold for over 1/2 hour on their customer suppor line today and I can't hold anymore. I asked them to please make sure the replacement scale is tested to be accurate at 300, 325, 350, 375 and 400 pounds. I asked for this on the replacement, and obviously this was not done.

This is an extremely nice looking scale. The built in weight loss monitor and the high capacity were the two selling points for me. The glass has stayed remarkably clean and the light is very bright.

The down side - It came with Jenny Craig discount coupons but they were only for new customers. It looks so nice that visitors like to try it out without asking. They just stand on it and are then perplexed because it gives an error. With this type of scale, you must first tap it, wait a few seconds while it flashes, and THEN step on.

We really loved this scale. But about a year or so after we bought it it kept eating up batteries in a couple of weeks, would stay on all the time, not going off, and had to quit using it as I can't afford the 2 large watch type batteries and the regular batteries every couple of weeks.

I'll keep this short and sweet. This is the worst scale I've ever owned. The reading is inaccurate and your weight will fluctuate by as much as almost 2 pounds within seconds!

What a joke!

Not accurate; broke after one year. It now beeps constantly. At first I thought it just needed new batteries, but it didn't resolve the problem. It now continuously emits a chittering series of beeps. Don't recommend.

The scale was good when it worked. The company would fix it for free if I sent it to them, but not worth the shipping cost.
